New member here, howdy! I just ordered and recieved an Aqua Box 2 for my iphone and am having trouble using the touch screen through the flex lens. strange thing is, if I hold the phone up to the flex lens from behind with the case open, it seems to work fine. when I close it, suddenly it doesn't work. anyone have the aqua box and experience a similar problem?

any help would be appreciated.
