Garmin 60 csx- looking for used maps to purchase

Hi, I am looking for maps for my GPS that you might be ready to sell. I looking for inland lake maps for either the North East region or the South East region. I am also looking for the CityNavigator for the Northeast region. I am ALSO looking for US topo maps. Thank you very much and please leave me a message with your offer.
